    We accept all major insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, and others. We're happy to answer any questions you have about your coverage. To best understand your benefits, we suggest contacting your insurance company directly.

  • Where are you located?

    Our primary location is 805 South Carmel Street in Cadillac, MI. Our satellite location is 811 Sunnyside Drive in Cadillac, MI.

  • How will I know which building to go to?

    When you call and set up your initial appointment, our front desk staff will let you know which location you should head to. 

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    The best way to schedule an appointment is to call us directly at (231) 775-6517. However, our online contact form is regularly monitored if you prefer to contact us that way.

  • What if I have therapist preferences?

    We are flexible and will attempt to accommodate your preferences. However, our staff stays very busy, so you may be placed on a waiting list.
